2017 Vendor Food Menus

Charlie’s – Pizza, pretzels, sausage, corn dogs, turkey legs, fries, corn, chops, popcorn, cotton candy, Italian sausages, Polish sausages, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, Polish and meatball sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, French fries, beverages.

Fischer Concessions – Flavored and roasted nuts and Kettle Corn.

Kropp Enterprises – Freshly battered and fried corn dogs, cheese curds, and mozzarella sticks.

DeAnna’s Food Concessions – Mexican sausage melt, ribs-on-a-stick, lemonade, soda, water, fries, chicken & steak fajitas, gyros, kid’s meals, ice cream, apple dumplings, blooming onions, spiral spuds, steak on a stick, turkey legs, and funnel cakes.

Jack’s Snacks – Shaved ice, ice coffee, bubble tea, bottled water.

4-H Dairy Bar – Malts, sloppy joes, brats, beef sandwiches, baked potatoes, nachos, nacho grandes, grilled ham & cheese, slushies, soft drinks.

American Legion – Hamburgers

Thank you for your interest in our 2017 Outagamie County Fair. We look forward to working with you to make our Outagamie County Fair one of the best in the Midwest.

Approximately 90% of our vendors return each year. We are always searching for vendors who present new and unique products or services to our Fairgoers.

Below is information that includes: general information about the Outagamie County Fair, a rate sheet, map and an application. Please read all the information.
If you are interested in a space at the Outagamie County Fair, please submit an application to us. This information will be helpful in our decision making process. We recommend submitting it at your earliest convenience.

Submitting an application will allow you to be considered for a space. The application is not a contract. If your application is selected you will receive an actual contract in the mail. Please do not send payment at this time.

Your letter will be filed for future consideration when an appropriate opening becomes available. You will not receive any further communication from us unless a space becomes available.

Our Fair often receives more requests for space than we have available. The Fair Board has a policy of only allowing a limited amount of food concessions so it is very competitive for spaces. We base our selections on the best exhibits, products and services.

Pricing & Deadlines

2017 Prices
All prices are subject to change.
Outside Commercial Booths: $30.00 per front foot
Outside Commercial Booths in Agricultural Area: $20.00 per front foot
Outside Machinery Lot Booths: $7.50 per front foot
Non-profit Commercial Booths: $15.00 per front foot
Inside Commercial Booths (10’x 10’) $450.00 per booth
Food booths: $42.00 per front foot
Non-profit Food booths: $21.00 per front foot
Minimum Utility Charge: $85.00 110v

Application Process Timeline:
March 30 Returning Vendors contracts are due in our office
April 15 All new vendor applications will be considered beginning April 15
May 31 Before the end of May, new applicants who have applied will be notified of our decision
June 15 Applicants may contact us regarding the status of your application
The selection of new vendors will continue until all available space is filled.
Please do not send a deposit with your application. An application does not guarantee a vendor space at our fair.
If selected for a vendor space, you will be notified and a contract will be sent to you.
We do not keep new applications. We suggest filling out a new application annually.
